This year I decided to get myself together and create a more sexier Freddyo. I’d like to slim down to as healthy goal weight. So with that in mind, I have sought out a top celebrity trainer, Jody Smith, who has sculpted some of the industry’s hottest names including Polow da Don and Keri Hilson, to help get ya boy right. Freddyo.com will also begin workout bootcamp on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you are interested in coming out to get your body right with our bootcamp program, please send us email. The program will begin in Atlanta and soon spread to other cities across the country.

First and foremore, Good luck! I always tell people that its not as easy as it looks if you are really serious about it. This is really a life style change and you have to be persistent and consistent. It’s a combination of 3 major things. Eating, sleeping (resting), and water intake. And no shade to Polow da Don but he is back to how he looks in the first pic. I think I quit 2 times before I understood what it took to get in shape and stay in shape.

Jody is in deed a Supertrainer. He’s probably the best in the U.S. and the world. One of my friend’s mom was partially paralyzed from the knees down and within five to six months of Jody’s training she was running for the first time in 18 yrs.
She was crying tears of joy and everyone at the track were crying happy for her.

I feel you Fred….I really need to be in the bootcamp trying to tone myself up. I am not overweight, but I know that I can be if I don’t get it together real soon. I just need to know, how do you work it into a BUSY schedule like mines. I am working full-time, in school full-time, and have the kids (3) to be exact. If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to blurt them out…TRUST me no OFFENSE is taken.

If you are serious about getting in shape then you need to holla at Jody. I’ve been working out with him for only one month and I’ve already dropped a dress size and can get back into my “get em girl jeans”!!!

@honest truth: I SO cosign your comment! I quit a couple times, too, before I finally ‘got it’. It takes hard work and commitment to adopt a healthy lifestyle, but it’s well worth it. Good luck, Fred! be sure to post the ‘after’ pics for us.

just like most people i started and quit several times. i wasn’t mentally strong enough to make myself do it. jody can motivate anyone, when he’s talking while you’re working you forget about the pain during the workout. i lost almost 100 pds.
in six mths and now my wife thinks i’m a mega beast in the bed. THANKS TO JODY!!!

Jody is the man to go to if you want to get right. He can get yall ladies looking sexy and the guys in shape. Anything is possible with this man, trust me i know alot about working out and ths man knows what he is talking about. Big ups to you Jody! I’m out
