Perez Hilton Served Legal Papers At Halloween Party

He’s used to dishing out celebrity dirt on his blog, but now Perez Hilton has been served, literally. According to the “New York Post’s” “Page Six,” the notorious celeb blogger, whose real name is Mario Lavanderia, has finally been served with a copyright infringement complaint after nine failed attempts. Liz Silver, who runs the website PerezRevenge.com, is behind the complaint that accuses Lavanderia of plagiarism. In order to serve him the papers, Silver asked a friend to attend the same Halloween party as Lavanderia on Friday night. When Lavanderia, dressed as a matador, faced Silver’s friend, she placed the papers on his chest saying, quote, “You’ve been served.”
