T.I. Talks Shawty Lo Beef During “SNL” Rehearsals

T.I. is brushing off his reported feud with Shawty Lo. In an interview with MTV.com, Tip said bluntly, quote, “There’s no place in my life for that.” The rappers’ camps were involved in two fights that shut down the recent Dirty Awards in Atlanta. After the first brawl, T.I. and Shawty Lo held an impromptu meeting behind closed doors. But Tip says Shawty Lo’s peace offering wasn’t totally sincere because his crew created “negative feedback” during T.I.’s performance later in the show. Tip said of the whole situation, quote, “I’m looking way past this. I got way too much stuff that I’m involved in, that I’m looking forward to, to even be bothered with it.”

T.I. is slated to take the stage twice on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” this weekend. One of the tunes he’s expected to perform is his former number one hit “Whatever You Like.”
