Lisa Talks About Her Nasty Pics….

Lisa Raye chats about her old school nasty pics. Lisa all I can say is are there anymore lol… But here is the interview…

ESSENCE.COM: There were some suggestive magazine photos that resurfaced which gave the country more ammunition to declare that you weren’t fit to be a First Lady. Did your husband ever defend you?
LISARAYE:
I’m the First Lady and I knew that I could no longer do those kinds of photo shoots. They were old photographs from a few years ago and I’m an actress, so I know why that magazine chose to run them again. Still, I felt like when Michael asked me if I posed for that magazine he could have shown a bit more support and spoken on my behalf and say, “My wife would not do this.” When he questioned me, I said, “Are you serious? Might this be the same series of the photos and posters you framed and proudly said, “This is my wife?” To not ask me as your wife and accuse me of something like that really hurt. Then people want to say no other First Lady would do this. Well, neither did I because it was done years ago, and quite frankly, the other First Ladies couldn’t pull that off if they wanted to.

ESSENCE.COM: Many have speculated about his interest in you as a wife both personally and professionally. In other words, your Hollywood connections would have proven beneficial to him. Do you agree?
LISARAYE:
I started the island’s first film festival and used my relationships to help produce and improve the music festival by bringing people I knew to the island. I was also able to cut the budget. It’s funny because all of a sudden he became Hollywood, and I’m thinking, Hold up! Do you want to be the Premier or what? Wait a minute we don’t have to entertain everyone, every second. You are married and the president of this country. Then I have to ask, “What’s going on?”

Last week Frank Ski hosted his weekly party at Lucky Lounge and all his all star friends came to celebrate with him. The club was packed and it was people doing all types of things on the dance floor. Trey songz and JD came to show some love. After being there for about 10 minutes I saw someone hiding in the corner not knowing who it was and me being nosey I had to go look to my surprise it was Ms. Rocsi from 106 and park. After asking if I could get a pic of her she quickly replied — no, no,no, not at all, and did her hand movement to tell me to leave. I am thinking damn does she not know who I am, (LOL I am Freddyo) so I gave her a card, she looked at it and not giving a damn threw it on the table. Why Rocsi, Why… I was such a big fan but she gave me no love, O well… Now I see why they say don’t ask just take the pics. Paps I let us down… If only I could have gotten pics of her dropping it, like it was hot. Anyway I have to give a big shout out to my Girl Cannon, who also celebrated her 25th birthday party!!!! …. Andre 3000 Named One Of “GQ’s” Best New Designers

Tuesday January 27th 2009

It seems Andre 3000 isn’t an outcast in the world of fashion. The OutKast rapper has been named to “GQ” magazine’s Best New Designers in America list for his Benjamin Bixby fashion line. Andre described the line as a reflection of his character during OutKast’s “Stankonia” period, adding, quote, “I wanted to put that spirit into classic clothes, but ones that people could actually wear.” Also on the list are Save Khaki’s David Mullen, Robert Geller, Yigal Azrouel, Shipley & Halmos’ Sam Shipley and Jeff Halmos, and Rogues Gallery’s Alex Carleton. Andre 3000 was the only one of the six winners that didn’t come from a fashion background. The Benjamin Bixby line premiered in New York’s famed Barney’s store last fall.
