February 4th 2009

Keyshia and the love of her life Ms Frankie will be gracing the next issue of Vibe. I just heard that Ms Frankie and Neffie just got approve for there new show… So be looking out for it….

“Vibe” magazine says they’re doing just fine. Gawker.com reports the urban music publication issued a statement denying the website’s previous story detailing financial problems at the magazine. Gawker cited a “tipster” who said the “Vibe” office was “tense” because advertising for the March issue was down over 80 percent, meaning the issue may not even get published. But a “Vibe” spokesperson called the story “untrue.” The rep added, quote, “In fact, ‘Vibe’ is releasing its annual ‘Style’ issue featuring GRAMMY nominated singer Keyshia Cole with two different covers which will hit newsstands everywhere on February 17th.” The magazine also promised expansion and additions to their staff in the coming months.
“Vibe” magazine debuted in 1993, and was founded by Quincy Jones. The company has launched other ventures like the short-lived “Vibe Vixen” magazine, “Vibe” TV show, and the “Vibe” Awards.
