Live Nation Denies Signing Janet Jackson To Big Deal
It looks like Janet Jackson isn’t getting the major deals her colleagues have recently landed with Live Nation. According to Billboard.com, a rep for the company has denied reports Live Nation inked Jackson to a multi-million-dollar contract like the ones obtained by Madonna, U2 and Jay-Z. The spokesperson added Live Nation is not even, quote, “currently in discussions” with Jackson. Janet Jackson left Island Def Jam last year after just 14 months on the label. She cited a lack of promotion on the part of Island Def Jam when her “Discipline” CD was released last February. To date, the album has sold just over 400-thousand units in the U.S.

Pardon me for what may seem like a change of topic…
I’ve been researching reincarnation for many years. I know Janet Jackson believes in it. (About 1/2 of all Americans are ‘open’ to it.) I’m convinced that she is Marilyn Monroe reincarnated. Consider how Janet was a child prodigy as an actress, singer, dancer, and model.
