Paps Told Me How Much TMZ Is Said To Have Really Spent On The Pic Of RiRi
Just about every LA photographer was on call to snag pics of RiRi since the more than public incident with her (presumably) ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. The paps have been hush-hush about selling prices of the photos: “we can not talk about what we get for pictures.” However, I was told by a photog source that the photo of the bruised and beaten pop princess sold for $112,000 and not for 62,000 which is what is being reported on all the other web sites…. WOW
On the same tip, TMZ.com received alot of backlash from fans for their lack of judgment in posting the pics:
To TMZ.com Staff,
This petition is addressed to editors of TMZ.com who have posted a photo of injured Rihanna in the eve of her 21st birthday. We – the fans all around the world – feel that this action was very unethical and TMZ showed no respect to Rihanna’s privacy in these troubled times.
Media nowdays does everything to increse their popularity and often use actions against all moral and ethical principles. We want to prove that we do not support this.
Rihanna is a young and innocent woman and we do not understand why TMZ or anyone who has spread the pictures taken by LA police department, has decided to punish her by posting this violent material in order to gain publicity.
We demand from TMZ editors to post on their website an apologize to Rihanna and her fans for their disrespectful behaviour.
Sincerely,

LAYLA

Uhhmmm Let’s see if I work for the police department and make only 35k year, and I have access to the picture and will receive over 110k?? I would have definitely took my chances and sold the pic to the highest bidder as well, and worry about the consequences later.
