Freddyo Big Twitter Workout Diet!!

Okay so clearly I fell off just like half the other Americans with my New Years Resolution, Diet. I have to say just this week along I shoved my mouth full of cakes and pies. I have become very upset and have decided that I will start my diet this week, I’m going to pig out and eat everything I want before I kick of my new healthy lifestyle or maybe not. So now that I have finally decided to make a change I’m ready to take my efforts public and go all out so starting tomorrow I will kick off my new Freddyo Twitter Diet! This diet will consist of:
1. Twittering every-time I get ready to eat anything no matter what it is.
2. No bread, sugar, sauces ( ketchup, tatar sauce, cocktail sauce etc..) no flour, no pasta, or carbs
- For the first month! Yes! You heard me right 30 DAYS!!!! You Can Not have anything above.
- I have to change 3 things that I use to do that I no longer do anymore and twitter every time I think I want to eat them or go back to doing that action.
- Yes I will be working out and twittering every day… Big up’s to my trainer Jody from “Body Beautiful” he will be making sure I stay on it.
Please if you are interested in joining me please read the “Dr. Atkins” book and as we go along with this diet I will be posting more information up. The goal of the first part of this diet is to loose the weight quick so that you will want to continue the diet. Like most people if you see that the weight is coming off you will want to work harder. The first Phase is considered to be the hardest so I will really need yall help with the diet… So please send me yall support twits or join me on the diet..
You are expected to loose 3 to 5 pounds a week if you are doing it right! For more information on the diet please read the “Dr. Atkins” book!

I agree with 504godivadiva….You look better with the weight on. I am going to be honest, when i see a real skinny brother i get apprehensive that they might have that shit….you know double hockey sticks.

I tried the Atkins diet and it had me shaking like a crack head. I mean them breads, pies, and chips were calling me. I couldn’t get past day 2. I am trying this diet called the Flat Belly Diet and its similar to Atkins. So far, so good.
