It looks like Jay-Z will release “The Blueprint 3″ on the seventh anniversary of original “Blueprint’s” release. The rapper’s latest CD is expected to hit stores on September 11th. Billboard says they have confirmed the release through multiple sources after an Atlantic Records executive posted the news on his Twitter page Wednesday. “The Blueprint 3″ will reportedly be distributed by Atlantic, with the album falling under Jay’s recently-created Roc Nation label. An official announcement on the matter is expected to come Sunday. Jay-Z recently paid Universal Music Group/Island Def Jam five-million dollars for the rights to “The Blueprint 3,” which was to be his last under the label. Last year, the rapper signed a 360-deal with Live Nation for 150-million dollars.
