The Big Fight + ATL Housewives Set Record For Bravo
Y’all Know I am not one to keep up drama … LOL… but I will let the truth be known! After doing all the research about that fight that took place at the housewives premiere last week, I learned that it was over $5,000 which is definitely a good reason to split a wig or two. But damn, they could have at least taken it outside like gentlemen!
LOL… Ya feel me?
On to some some better news… this season of ATL housewives is apparently setting records for Bravo!
Bravo announced Friday that its premiere of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” drew over four million viewers across its 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. telecasts, making it the highest rated series premiere in the “Real Housewives” franchise history, according to Nielsen Media Research.
The 10 p.m. premiere scored an unprecedented 1.72 million adults 18-49 and 2.66 million total viewers, with an additional 929,000 adults 18-49 and 1.32 million total viewers tuning in for the 11 p.m. encore, for a cumulative of 2.65 total viewers and 3.98 million total viewers, making it the highest rated Thursday in primetime in network history.
Compared to the season one premiere, season two’s kickoff shot up triple-digits, with a 289 percent increase among adults 18-49 (vs. 441,000) and a 305 percent increase among total viewers (vs. 656,000), making it Bravo’s highest rated Thursday telecast in network history. The explosive season two opener topped its sister franchises, marking a 40 percent increase among adults 18-49 (vs. 1.23 million) and an 62 percent increase among total viewers (vs. 1.64 million) versus the “The Real Housewives of New York City” season two premiere.
