Drake Addresses Fame, & All The Internet Gay Rumors In Blog
Drake is using some of his downtime to attend to his blog. On Thursday, the “Best I Ever Had” rapper took to his computer to discuss fame and rumors about his sexuality. Drake writes, quote,
“People often ask me the craziest part about becoming famous and I’ve never had an answer until yesterday. You’ll spend half of your time defending yourself and the other half trying to stay sane resulting in you being forced to find time to be creative.”
Recent rumors spreading through the internet have suggested that Drake is gay. While he didn’t specifically address such speculation he did write, quote, “I am just urging a generation to understand that in order to have anyone of any significance in our lives that we can look up to there will be things that we must look past.”
Drake is currently resting up at his home just outside of Toronto. He had to leave Lil Wayne’s “Young Money Presents: America’s Most Wanted Music Festival” earlier this summer when he reinjured a knee that suffered torn ligaments. Drake’s debut studio album, “Thank Me Later,” is now slated to arrive on Valentine’s Day 2010. Shot out to Drake for the store …

I don’t know if he is gay or not but I do know he was over hyped and I think he’s having a hard time living up to the expectations the game wants from him….Star and Buckwild vladtv.com did a segment on Drake and Star basically said Drake is finished and it started with that garbage video he allowed Kanye to direct…the jury is still out on Drakes future…IMO

It’s so sad that state of America. They are so quick to label someone whoever this man sleeps with is his business. By you all knowing if this man is straight or gay how and the hell is this going to enhance or help or your lives! Leave the damn man alone. He is biracial and dude could be a relative and that could be how his people play. I personally don’t think I would have another male in my lap like that but hey if he’s comfortable enough with his sexuality more power to him! So leave him the hell alone!

its sad to me that in the world we live in if a rapper comes out that is well spoken, dresses well and wears his jeans on his waist then he’s gay… This dude is a breath of fresh air… and we all need to inhale it…. fareal… we need more artist like him to keep hiphop killers like soulja boy and those jerkin dudes off the radio.

How he dresses and speaks is not the reasons why I think he’s gay. Look at the pics, I don’t know too many straight men that would allow another man to drop his head on his lap while having dinner. Thug rappers that are gay or on the dl are just as rampant, so dressing nice and speaking well is never a predictor of ones gayness. He may be a breath a fresh air to you, but I refuse to inhale. I am not buying what he is trying to sell.

Drake is gay and if he had any respect for his rep, he would come out and be honest to his fans because people can respect honesty. Drake stop playing with us and come out the closet
