The True Jackson, VP actress – whose actual birth date is Aug. 26 – partied into the night at a LoftSeven penthouse with costars and fellow Nickelodeon friends including iCarly’s Miranda Cosgrove and Spectacular!’s Victoria Justice.
In addition to dancing up a storm with rapper Lil Mama and the Strikers All Star dance crew at the party (sponsored by T-Mobile Sidekick LX), the birthday girl enjoyed a “first dance” with her father, Larry. Palmer’s milestone birthday wrapped up with cake, some fun at the Rock Band game station, and a balloon release.
