In Case You Missed It, Oprah & Whitney Interview + Bobby Spit In Her Face
Yesterday season premiere episode came on in what had to be one of the biggest interviews of all time as Oprah sat down with Whitney Houston for a tell all interview… Whitney, I have to say I found that I now have so much more respect for her and see that she is human and makes mistakes…
The thing that got me the most is when she talked about bobby spitting on her I was like, “Damn…”
Whitney Houston says ex-husband Bobby Brown was emotionally abusive during their marriage and at one point spat on her.
After a long absence from music, Houston is staging a career comeback with a new album last month and a two-part appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
On Monday, Houston told Winfrey that Brown wasn’t physically abusive but that “he slapped me once but he got hit on the head three times by me”.
The 46-year-old singer says she “was horrified he spit on me, in my face” and that left her “very hurt, very angry”.
Houston says she was attracted to Brown because he had control in their relationship.
Houston is one of the best-selling artists of all time, but her career stalled as she grappled with drug problems and a troubled marriage to Brown.

She was a ride or die chick for real. But I’m glad that her and Bobbie finally departed, because they were not good for each other. She looks fabulous!

I love that she did this. Everyone has been wondering what happened during those times anfd it would not be a true comeback without wiping the whole slate clean!

I”m glad she’s finally accepting….and Healing. I think we should all support this process as we would like to have support when we make mistakes.

I think the interview seemed really fake. Oprah didn’t give her the usual grilling she would with anyone else. She talked a lot too and basically agreed with everything Whitney said. She was welling up when Whitney says that he spat on her but it wasn’t even sad. Just didnt really seem like Oprah
Weird interview I really didnt like it and it was something I was really looking forward to
