Billy Rae Cyrus, please slap the hell out of yourself for letting your daughter walk out the house like this. Our Friends over at Dlisted.com posted some pictures of Billy Rae’s little one. I understand it’s Halloween, but she looks like she has on a skimpy piece of lingerie and no 12 year old should ever wear that. What happened to the Halloween customes for little kids that were floor length?
