50 Cents New Video, But Why Kelly Rowland, Why??
Here is the video for 50’s new single, “Baby by Me” featuring Ne-Yo. It also stars Kelly Rowland as the leading lady. I don’t know why the hell Kelly would choose to let anyone call her their baby mama. I could have sworn baby girl ad her own money. But maybe that money is dwindling down, maybe that’s the whole reason for her being in the video anyway, who knows, I know I don’t.

Kelly Rowland IS NOT BELIEVABLE! Didn’t she say that Orlando Bloom was the most beautiful man in the world? Kelly Rowland.. NOT!
Hell, why not use an actress who more resembles, or “fits into” a black family? Why not a Reagan Gomez, Lauren London, Gabrielle Union or a Monica?
Monica would have been the PERFECT choice!! Her reality TV show displaying her BLACK FAMILY (her, children and black baby daddy) is TOTALLY believable; what a perfect synergy that would have made/been, don’t you think, Freddy0?
But NO, 50 gives us this “swirling” back up singer who will ONLY be a…well, “swirling back up singer” who can ONLY find some notoriety in Europe as “exotic” and some white man’s dark skinned “bed warmer!”
That said, I’ll NOT be buying her music or 50’s CD IF she’s on it! —WHOMP WHOMP

I think Kelli was a great choice ! Not one time do you hear baby’s mama in this video, If you look at the promo for it I see a family….even looking at the video it looks as if he’s a family man.

There was nothing wrong with him picking Kelly Rowland. She looks gorgeous as usual in this video. Monica is a beautiful girl and would have been a great choice as well, but he didnt choose her He chose Kelly. Just because she makes more money in Europe means nothing. They still pay her in US dollars!! She was not a back up singer for Destiny’s Child she was a member. IF you look back at even old footage you will see that Kelly always has a part in every song. So she is definitely not a backup singer. To say she cant sing means to me that you have never listened to her, because the one thing no one can ever take from her is her beautiful voice. She has plenty of videos on youtube. So only if you have your family on BET you are considered part of a family. Seeing that Kelly is black, she had to come from a black family, just because they are not on TV doesnt mean they dont exist. Heck she is part of 2 families, because the Knowles is like family for her as well.
Kelly does very well for herself in Europe. She has an event damn near everyday, but you arent a fan so you wouldnt know that. Even doing more shows right now than Monica, who I think is great by the way.
You may want to go and check your facts because it sounds like you are talking about another Kelly Rowland, not the member of Destiny’s Child (even though they are no longer together). The Kelly Rowland who has a number one song out right now and another album thats almost done. The one who has worked (even though its in Europe, Switzerland, China Amsterdam, Bulgaria(need I go on) almost every day for the last 2 years (check her schedule, I am not making it up). Just because you are more popular in other countries than at home, doesnt mean anything. She still comes back here with her US dollars and lives a beautiful life.

50 could have had anyone he wanted to be in his video and he chose Kelly. The reason he chose her is because he can. He is the man with the money and what he says goes. We have no control over his decisions. Therefore, your opinions about who he should have chosen are irrelevant. He could care less if you like it or not. So, why don’t you hush with the negative remarks. Kelly is a beautiful black woman. Whether she likes to “swirl” or not, she’s still black.

How does X Y Z know what kind of family Kelly will have?? I mean Kelly is not even dating anyone. Black or white, or any race for that matter. So how can you even suggest that she wont have a black family.? You have a crystal ball?? You also dont have to go into Kelly’s genealogy to tell that she is obviously black!!!! So what other kind of family could she come from?? DUH?? As far as working in Europe, you may want to check your information. If a US performer goes to another country, their managements job is to negotiate pay and I am sure that they will always make sure she comes out on the winning end. That is what she pays them for. I will be paid in US dollars or I wont perform there, pretty simple!!
