Last night the Soul Train awards took over that ATL . I have to say that everyone and their mama was lost for words after seeing Tommy Davidson out fit after he hit the red carpet. I really don’t know what he had on and neither did he but I guess thats what makes him happy … The out fit was just really bad but maybe its me… You tell me what you think?…

My guess is he was imitating Bootsy Collins with that outfit…not sure why since Halloween was Saturday…LOL
