Pleasure P A Child Molester? His Own Nephew?
Move over Chris Brown and Rhianna, there is a new drama headliner in the works. I know ya’ll have all heard the rumors circulating about Pleasure P and him being a child molester. My homie Atlien from StraightfromtheA called me last night to tell me about all the drama. I was lost for words on this whole situation, until I spoke with someone who I cannot name, that is very very very close to Pleasure P, they told me
“Yes all this Sh-t is true, not only that but one of the peps he touched was his own fam …. NEPHEW….. thats not right”
he then said “
I knew all this would come out in time, there is so much yall dont know but all these allegations are completely true”.
The person also told me that Pretty Ricky has never really spoke about why Pleasure left the group…
Spectacular also confirmed that P was a Molestor..
I then saw that someone had emailed my homie Necolebitchie telling her the break down of all the drama. All I know is that Pleasure P’s people need to get on this ASAP. Here is the letter and more pictures: WOW
Hey Necole,
I know you heard a lot about the whole “Pretty Rickey/Pleasure P” child molestation drama. Well I am VERY close to the situation and BOTH parties and I want you to understand that it is ALL true. Not speculation or anything. He was convicted. The problem lies in Blue Star Entertainment, the label that housed and groomed Pretty Ricky. They paid a substantial amount of money to have these documents sealed back in 2006. The label wanted to keep the aura of Pleasure in the group and figured since he was signed basically for life that they would recoup the cost. Well, this was not the case as the other members of Pretty Ricky started separating themselves from Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper as time went on. This eventually lead to them riding in separate cars to shows, arguing amongst themselves to them even jumping him (Pleasure P) at one point. This lead to him leaving the group but he is still very much contracted to Blue Stars Entertainment for 5 albums.
Here’s what happened: When he was 16 going on 17, he was left alone with his niece and nephew with whom he touched and penetrated with fingers on several occasions. His aunt noticed her daughter complaining of her genital area hurting, when asked what happened she replied “Uncle Marcus keeps touching me and he hurt me”. Of course Marcus (Pleasure P) denied the allegations but the doctor found signs that she had vaginal damage and tearing. Charges were then pursued by the State of Florida.
The incident happened in 2004 going into 2005. He served like 8 months, rehab and community service by time the trial came up. Marcus accepted a plea with the State of Florida and Joseph Smith who is the care giver of the niece and nephew which Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper molested. These are not the only papers filed against him. These are the first of 3. As part of the plea agreement Marcus plead guilty and paid an “undisclosed amount” to remain free and have the records “sealed” and on the family level for them to remain quiet and not to speak publicly about it. The “sealed document” means nothing other than “we won’t tell anyone it’s here..but if they find it they can have it” basically. The problem also is that Attorney Goldstein (Who represented Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper in the trial) has a daughter named Laura Goldstein who is also her fathers assistant. Marcus Cooper never completed his payments after the hearing to his attorney.
Attorney Goldstein tried to reach out to Marcus only to be told “Don’t call this phone no more” on several occasions. This caused frustration on Attorney Goldstein’s ends due to the time & effort he put into this “special plea bargain” he negotiated that I don’t think ANY attorney could have done. After Attorney Goldstein threatened to sue Marcus Cooper the “alleged threats” became real from Coopers end. I have personally heard these messages and I know who they are from and they are very disturbing. Especially to an attorney who can use them against you.
Laura Goldstein felt her father was not doing enough to stop the threats as they began to increase so she took to twitter (her twitter is @AGoldsteinGirl) to “expose” Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper in a way that was sure to make him “go away”. Now all the documents from the initial hearing have been released and there is plenty more evidence out there I assure you. Everyone involved including Spectacular (Pretty Ricky) have commented via twitter on the documents in shock thinking they would never get out.
The next problem is whether Laura Goldsteins father will have to pay the ultimate price of getting disbarred for breaking Attorney Client Privilege or will it be deemed public domain? I don’t know, but I do know both parties and its about to get ugly. I will keep you up to speed if anything else jumps off.

The purported documents that are also being circulated are forgeries. I have never met or known anyone by the name of “AGoldstein” or Laura Goldstein or Ashley Goldstein, which I believe are fictitious names.
I have never been represented by an attorney named Goldstein. For someone to go to such depths to assassinate my character and slander my good name is truly criminal. My attorneys are investigating this matter and will take all necessary and appropriate action to protect my name and reputation.

Why NOT have the authorities in Fla ‘unseal’ records? They DO that, from time to time; we can quickly get to the bottom of this! In any case, ‘IP’ addresses can be had via subpoena’s. That’s NOT to say that you can’t hide your location, but you don’t know if those who sent those files, and that twitter account, are THAT sophisticated!

I really felt the need to do some inverstiagating myself. The reason being is my son is a fan of Pleasure P’s and I think everybody deserves the right to prove themselves. I will say molesting a child is one of the nasties things anyone can do, a child is helpless and inocent and when you take that away from them there should be consequences. I have read serveral bogs about the molestation allegations. I also read his statement which I think may not be the complete truth. I looked up public court documents and put in his birth name which is Marcus Cooper and to my surprise there was a case filed against him by Blue Star Entertainment in December of 2007. Now the documents are some leagal issues about copy writing and so forth. But what got my attention was on the second page of the document there was a Certificate of Service. This is a section that is checked when an attorney is going to receive paperwork from the court case and it’s being sent through the court. What caught my attention was an attorney’s name Wolfe & Goldstein, P.A., in Miami who was the representation for Blue Star Entertainment.
Now Pleasure P issued a statement saying that all of the allegations were false and he was never represented by any attorney named Goldstein. That’s where the sparks went off in my head, now Blue Star Entertainment was taking him to court and their attorney’s name was Wolfe & Goldstein. So I put two and two together…Pleasure P was with Pretty Ricky when the alleged molestation took place and the group is represented by attorney’s with the same name Goldstein, I think that’s who represented him when he was with the group. I think there may be some truth behind this I’m just not sure how much, why isn’t Pleasure P registered as a sex offender. I also think that this was linked by someone in the group Pretty Ricky. I don’t think money is necessary the issue behind it because the company would have been responsible for paying the lawyer his money not Pleasure P. It seems like it may be some SALT DROPPIN since Pretty Ricky is doing no where near as good as Pleasure P. If these are false allegations Pleasure P need to get on it quick because this not going to go away…I hope this all works out because it’s an ugly situation…Case # 2007-40867-CA-01 with Blue Star Entertainment in Mami-Dade County Court and it’s public record…Duces

I think he, Pleasure P, was referring to that CRIMINAL case at which a ‘Goldstein’ DIDN’T represented him, NOT that civil case. On another site, it did say that there IS a Goldstein in Dade county, or where-ever he’s from, that does CIVIL stuff, NOT CRIMINAL!!!
So, we’re still YET to see definitive proof – EITHER WAY! You see, as I’ve said, those over on the ‘Pretty Ricky’ side aren’t above suspicion! Until then, I REMAIN unmoved – EITHER WAY! Since that alleged case against him is sealed, all he has to do, is to go and request it to be unsealed – THAT’S ALL!!
If there is NO case to unseal, then he’s ‘in-the-clear’ – he can get the Dade County, or whatever jurisdiction he’s in, to:
1.) Unseal the records.
2.) If the records DON’T exist, then these allegations are totally baseless and the culprits subject to a civil slander case.
3.) If there ARE court records, then unseal ‘em AND see JUST what is inside ‘em: good, bad or indifferent!!!
Again, that ‘Goldstein lawfirm,’ it is said, doesn’t do Criminal cases, ONLY Civil! But even IF they did, then just unseal the records and THEN, and ONLY then, will we know!
I’m NOT participating in ANY lynching of ANY Black man, in any-way, of any-sort, till I see conclusive and irrefutable evidence; in THIS case, court records!
‘YT’ done tried that with CBreezy and ALMOST succeeded, it’s only BUT for, the grace-of-god, that made ME see the truth and the wrong, that Rhianna did. She STILL refuses to accept ‘HER PART’ in the ‘Chrianna Feb 8th fiasco!!’ As far as, I can see, the blame/fault, must to be spread, equally among the two, in THAT car, on THAT eventful Feb 8th evening!

There are certain records you CANNOT have sealed INCLUDING child molestation. IF CONVICTED of a sex crime against a child AS RUMOR HAS IT you are FORCED to register as a sex offender under Florida Laws. If you don’t believe a simple investiagtion will show you that. These rumors are BOGUS. The court documents were Fake. One was written in Blue ink, the other in Black ink and one was typed. Please believe government documents are TYPED NOT PENCILED then blue ink then black ink then typed. Also, the documents DID NOT relate to one antoerh. And have you noticed people with a REAL legal and or criminal background haven’t bothered to mention this nonsense. Please dont believe all news you hear from Twitter or via gossip sites… Im not a Pleasure P or Pretty Ricky fan but it bothers me how someone can twitpic a HANDWRITTEN SENTENCE that stated marcus cooper can only have supervised visits (remember if convicted of a sex crime the court is NOT going to allow you supervised visits) and say its a “court document” and now this man’s reputation is on the line. Whoever started this rumor knows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about Florida law. Remember: 1 Child molestation at ANY AGE cannot be sealed and you HAVE TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER 2. Initially, I was quick to judge, but after I saw what “they” did to CBreezy, I had to take a step back, regain my composure and take another long look at this entire situation!
I’m not really into this Dude’s music, but it seems like HE’S ‘making-it-happen’, even being seen with Bria Murphy (who’d have EVER thought Eddie could produce someone, as good-looking, as HER?) this ’story/allegation’ seems too ‘well-placed,’ with the Grammy awards coming shortly.
