50 Cent has apparently been hospitalized for unknown Stomach Virus. In a pair of cryptic tweets, VIBE reports the G-Unit head revealed the above photo from his Twitter account (@50Cent), saying he’s laid up in the hospital and trying to contact his BFF Floyd Mayweather.

Details on the severity of 50’s condition have not been revealed, however Fif’ notes that his upcoming Lost Tape project with DJ Drama is finished and still on schedule for a May 22 release.
Update: G-Unit lady lyricist tweeted the following about 50 Cent — “We will NOT be on Hot97 tonight. My boss man is ill. Please keep @50cent in your prayers. Thank u! Get Well Soon My G!”
