$630K Comeback Tour Lawsuit Against DMX Dismissed

DMX 41 is reportedly off the hook for a comeback tour that never panned out.

According to TMZ, the booking agency Heavy Rotation has voluntarily dismissed its 630-thousand-dollar lawsuit against the rapper.

Heavy Rotation filed the suit back in March, claiming it signed an exclusive year-long deal with DMX last year to book a series of comeback concerts.

But X eventually canceled the trek, and the agency says it lost nearly 750-thousand-dollars. Heavy Rotation also said DMX was difficult to work with. The company has yet to offer any explanation for dismissing the suit. DMX’s manager, however, says the rapper and his team are happy to be able to put this behind them.
