Rapper A$AP Rocky was taken into police custody in New York City on Thursday night after he allegedly attacked two people who were snapping pictures of him. WOW that’s crazy I never really understood how someone could want to be a celebrity but don’t want to take photos…

According to TMZ, the “Goldie” rapper was arguing with someone in downtown Manhattan, when two bystanders started taking photos of the incident.

A$AP and a friend noticed the amateur photographers and a brawl quickly ensued. The two victims reportedly suffered cuts and bruises, with one requiring treatment at a hospital.

NYPD arrested A$AP and he’s expected to be booked for attempted robbery. However, it’s currently unclear what he’s accused of stealing.

The New York native, who is set to perform Friday night on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,” is no stranger to controversy. A fight broke out at his show in London last month after his Rolex was stolen. In March, he and his A$AP Mob brawled with concertgoers when a beer can was tossed onstage at SXSW.
