Allen Iverson Fighting To Keep Atlanta Mansion From Foreclosure

Contributing Writer Dec 9 12 1 Comment

Allen Iverson, former NBA star, is not going to let his beautiful Atlanta mansion just go up in a foreclosure action.

TMZ  reports that he has filed legal documents to put a stop on the auction. His $4.5 million mansion is supposed to go up for auction on December 4th. Iverson put a block up when filing document to stop the auction for now. He is defaulted on the $1.2 million mortgage.
Iverson filed a lawsuit against the home lender trying to take the home and clams he never consented the loan. He claims his ‘wife’ almost ex as they are going through at divorce had signed for the mortgage to hurt him. She signed and agreed to financial terms she knew he couldn’t meet.

The lawsuit he put up has put a hold on the entire foreclosure proceedings.

  1. Aw, this was an exceptionally nice post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to generate a
superb article… but what can I say… I put things off a whole lot and never manage to
    get nearly anything done.
