Andre 3000 Set to Direct Rick Ross Video for “Sixteen”

Andre Benjamin better known by his rap persona Andre 3000 has been a musician, actor, producer, and half of the world renowned group Outkast.

 He is now on to a new venture, directing videos. The first video he is set to direct is entitled “Sixteen” by Rick Ross, from his new album “God Forgives, I Dont”.

 

Along with being director of the video, Andre 3000 is also featured on the track along side other artists such as Dr. Dre, Meek Mill, Usher, And Drake who will also make appearances of the album as well.

The name of the song, “Sixteen”, comes from the usual number of bars/lines in most rap verses but the two obviously are stepping out of the box by recording a verse that is 48  bars.  The song has quickly become a favorite of fans, which have pushed the MMG founder’s new work to the #1 spot on iTunes. He plans to release “Sixteen” as a single, although there is no set date for when it or the music video will happen. Check out the Song  below.
