It’s no secret that Ashlee Simpson and husband Peete Wentz have been experiencing marital issues, to the point where they will be calling it quit. Yep, you heard right they are throwing in the towel after years of marriage and conceiving a baby boy named Bronx. Last month Ashlee Simpson filed for divorce and demanding she receive full custody of their 2-year old son, with only visitation rights granted to Peete.

This caused her husband Peete to file a divorce response in the Los Angeles Superior Court seeking joint custody. At this point in time it is too soon to confirm if they two are waging a custody battle. I’m sure we will find the ending result very soon.
