A Baton Rouge mother who caught her three sons doing the devil’s work, which would be breaking into a nearby residence, was arrested Tuesday after she took it upon herself to whip them for punishment. Now, I know for black families especially this sounds outrageous, correct? Exactly, how are you going to arrest a mother for correcting her son’s wrong actions?

Schaquana Evita Spears, a 30 year old mother admitted that she hit her 3 sons with the ages 10, 12 and 13 after she caught the breaking into someone’s house. How is she in the wrong here? Apparently, her oldest son opened his mouth to the authorities saying that she struck him multiple times with an RCA cord and that is when the sheriff felt Ms. Spears should be in custody.

I know a lot of old school parents are looking at this article right now saying: “Boy, if this was back in my day …” , things would definitely be different, trust me we know. The boys showed the injuries to the cops and that was all she wrote, literally.

Those boys better hope and pray they have somewhere to go now that their momma is in jail because that is the last person that you ever turn your back on in this cold world.
