We caught up with the beautiful Sevyn Streeter on the Pink Carpet for BET’s Black Girls Rock. Sevyn set the carpet on FIRE with her amazing look. She stunned in a curve hugging green Balmain dress and some fabulous black pumps. We asked her a few questions about her look, Black Girls Rock, and her performance at the show.

We’ve all gotten to know Streeter from the banger, “It Won’t Stop”, she has with Chris Brown, but she has been behind the scenes writing for artists like Fantasia, Alicia Keys, Tamar Braxton and many more. Her debut EP entitled Call Me Crazy, But… is scheduled to be released on December 3, 2013. She has an online weekly series hosted by Angela Yee, promoting the EP.

Cinnamon:  What part of the show are you most looking forward to?

Sevyn:  I’m excited to enjoy a show that loooks like “me”.  The honorees and performers all look like me{woman of color} and that is exciting and refreshing.

Cinnamon:  You look amazing, please tell us about your look.

Sevyn:  I’m sporting a bob with some highlights, a Balmain dress, and Christian Louboutins.

Cinnamon:  How does it feel to be performing tonight?  We hear you’ll be taking the stage for a collabo with Kelly Rowland and Eve.

Sevyn:  Growing up, I always wanted to see shows like this, so to be participating is amazing.

Sevyn had an amazing energy.  Her voice is fabulous, so we’re definitely looking forward to her album.  I know we’ll be getting our copy on December 3rd and we hope you will too!
