What can I say Shanti Das did it again. ATL LIve was yet again another smash hit. I always make it my business to attend this musical event because I always leave with a feeling of renewal. Every month Shanti Das and Marlon Nichols constantly hit us with classic and timeless artist that have the innate ability to speak to our hearts and souls. That’s the epic essence of R&B music, it isn’t geared towards any particular group of people. You can visit every country abroad where the english language is foreign and find the people reciting R&B lyrics. The words and melodies have the power of speaking directly to your spirit and you have complete understanding of the concept of the song.

The most exciting and memorable part of the night was gearing towards the end when Ms. Kelly Price asked Q Parker (112) to come on stage to join her in a duet to sing the Ronald Isley verse of the classic hit “Friend Of Mine”. All I can say is you definitely had to be in the house to understand the emotions we were all experiencing. #KeepSakeMemory

The house was packed with a plethora of celebrities such as the beautiful song-tress Kelly Price who was the highlight of the evening tearing the house DOWN! Tyrese Gibson, Pebbles, Jeff Johnson, Q (112), Brian (Jagged Edge), Nicki Gilbert (BrownStone), Andre Harell, Dondria, Kenny Burns, Anoop Desai (American Idol), Hamilton Parker and many more.

Ok enough bragging about how great the night was, feast your eyes on the pictures and checkout what you missed out on!

I was in the house too and couldn’t have explained the night any better. Shanti and Marlon did their thing AGAIN…It was awesome! And yes yes yes the Kelly Price & Q moment was to die for. I have watched our video of it over and over. Like you I could go on and on about the night but it was definitely one of those “you had to be there’ kind of experience. GREAT PICS!!!
