One of the many women who have accused Bill Cosby is CLAPPING back at the comedian with a lawsuit not related to sexual abuse but for defamation of character. Check out the details below.
One of the many women who have accused Bill Cosby of sexual assault is suing the comedian for defamation. Retired attorney Tamara Green has filed suit in Massachusetts federal court accusing Cosby of repeatedly branding her as a liar through his lawyers and publicists since she first spoke out against the actor in 2005. Green spoke out as a witness in a lawsuit filed by another woman, Andrea Constandt, that was eventually settled out of court. She tells the “New York Daily News” that while Cosby’s camp continued to discredit her claims, they never tried to sue her for defamation. She says that’s because her statements about Cosby drugging her and trying to assault her were true.
Another woman, Judy Huth, filed a lawsuit last week claiming Cosby sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974 when she was just 15 years old.
What is really going on with Bill Cosby and all of these women? Do you think he’s guilty?
