Beyoncé and Young Jeezy paid honor to the memory of Trayvon Martin after the “not guilty” verdict was given during the George Zimmerman trial last night.

Beyoncé performed in Nashville last night for the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour concert. During the concert, Beyoncé paused to honor the memory of Trayvon Martin and asked the audience for a moment of silence. After the moment of silence, Beyoncé sang the chorus of “I Will Always Love You” before doing transitioning to “Halo”.
Young Jeezy also paid tribute to Trayvon Martin and released a new single entitled “It’s A Cold World (A Tribute To Trayvon Martin)”.
The new single was posted on Young Jeezy’s Facebook page with this message:
I am in no way shape, form, or fashion … trying to capitalize off of the latest series of events. These are my true feelings and my form of expression about it.
Jeezy also posted a message to the Trayvon’s parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin, and their families on his Instagram page:
