Beyonce Offered $100 million For ‘X Factor’s’ : L.A. Reid Signs On For Second Season

Simon Cowell  won’t be the only “X Factor” judge returning for the show’s second season. Music mogul L.A. Reid has agreed to come back for another year. According to “The Hollywood Reporter,” the Epic Records chairman signed on for a second season last Friday. News of Reid’s return comes just days after the show dropped fellow judges Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger, and host Steve Jones.

U.S. weekly reports that Simon Cowell is also trying to add Beyonce to the cast of X factor as a full-time judge reportedly offering her an annual salary of $100 million to do the show.

If hired Beyonce would be the highest paid  Television star, and it would be the ideal job for “B ” 30, who just gave birth to daughter  Blue Ivy, her first child with husband Jay-Z, last month. The X-Factor job could theoretically allow Beyonce a way to stay in the public eye during her baby’s first years without having to tour worldwide.
Fellow first-time mom Mariah Carey who gave birth to twins Moroccan and Monroe last April was originally X-Factor producer Cowell’s choice, but things have changed, a source told MediaTakeOut.com, which first reported the rumor.

“He wants a big-name female star on the panel,” said. “Mariah [Carey] is good, but she’s not that hot today. He wants Beyoncé because that would immediately give him the bounce needed to beat ‘American Idol.'”

What yall think will she do it?
