Are you wondering how they’re all going to help? Thanks to social media outlets such as Facebook and Twitter, these celebs will send out tweets and/or Facebook statuses to get their followers to download Kevin McDonald’s High Tide Or Low Tide from iTunes for a $1.29. With popular celebrities such as the one listed above, the song is sure to be downloaded a gazillion times over. Money raised by people downloading the song, will be given to Save The Children’s “I’m Gonna Be Your Friend” campaign. Be on the lookout for tweets in the next couple of days promoting this cause.
