Antwan Patton, one half of the iconic rap duo Outkast, will start a yearlong residency at the luxury resort Wynn Las Vegas.
The news was announced today via Big Boi’s label Epic Records. The extensive residency will consist of eight performances spread throughout the year. It was announced that Big Boi will be performing at the both of Wynn’s day life and nightlife venues.
The schedule of his residency performances will not conflict with the tour that Patton has in conjunction with the rock group Phantogram. They will still be touring while hitting several music festivals such as the Governor’s Ball and Bonnaroo performing songs off of their Big Grams project.
Sir Lucius joins a cast of talented performers that the Wynn has recruited to light up their clubs including Diplo, Skrillex, Alesso, David Guetta, Avicii, and Flosstradamus.
Big Boi is set to start performing at the Wynn this Saturday Feb 6.
