 Blue Ivy Carter has been named honorary citizen of Croatia’s island of Hvar.

CourtneyLuv reports the officials in the region granted the status to the baby after learning that Beyonce and Jay-Z named their first born after a tree wrapped in blue ivy color somewhere on the island.

“The story of the origin of the name of your daughter has brought enormous media attention and therefore tourist promotion to the town and island of Hvar,” said Major Pjerino Bebic when making the announcement.

“Because of this, I have decided to confer on your daughter the status of honourary citizen of the town of Hvar.” Blue Ivy ain’t even crawling yet and she is getting awards!
