Busta Rhymes is celebrating the signing of a new record deal. The hip-hop veteran has inked his name to a joint venture with Cash Money Records and Google Music. Busta tells MTV News that it’s an “unbelievably groundbreaking deal” that he’s “very proud” to be a part of. Busta’s first album with Cash Money and Google will be “E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event) 2: End of the World.” The record has yet to receive a release date. Busta has, however, released the album’s first single, the Chris Brown-assisted “Why Stop Now.”
Busta Rhymes isn’t the only artist to be added to the Cash Money roster. Sources have confirmed to MTV that New Orleans rapper Mystikal has also signed on with the label.
