Looks like it happened again…a random man ran up on stage during Jay-Z and Kanye’s performance of “Otis” during the VMAs. Unlike the previous incident at last year’s Video Music Awards Show with Lil Mama, security was on point. After the man made it to the front of the stage near where the two were performing, security pummeled him quick…confusing Jay-Z but didn’t stop him from rapping his line.
I wonder would security have pummeled Lil’ Mama like that?

After a recent performance in Newark, New Jersey, the Ill Na Na, Foxy Brown discussed how she and the Queen of Hip Hop Soul had recorded an album together. The album, “The Best of Both Girls,” came to an abrupt halt after recording a number of songs,

Trey Songz is thinking of doing a collaboration album himself, possibly with his boy Drake. He told sources, “You got to look at Kanye and Jay-Z and see how long it took them to do it, you know? So, it has to be organic in whatever way it happens. It can’t be a business decision and you can’t look at it in a way of making it lucrative.” He goes on to say, “When thinking along the lines of that, Drake is the first person that comes to mind that I am that musically comfortable with in that space. He is a friend of mine as well, and I think we can pull something off … that could sound very authentic.”
This would make a lot of sense actually. It seems they can get along and both are blowing up the airwaves…I support this move.
Here’s a behind the scenes look that their collabo “Successful.” Read More »

The mix-tape entitled, “Wildlife,” dropped in 2010 and features Rocko with have of his face that of a lion. Kanye and Jay-Z’s picture is of them with fangs and whiskers. What do you think?
