The BET Hip Hop Award nominations are out, and Kendrick Lamar and Drake are leading the pack!

Kendrick grabbed 14 nominations including  Lyricist of the Year and MVP of the year, but Drake was right behind him with his 13 nominations. We all know that Kendrick has had a phenominal year, but Drake racked up 13 nominations and he hasn’t even put out an album since 2011.

The BET Hip Hop Award will take place September 18 at the Atlanta Civic Center, and will be hosted by Snoop Lion, which should be interesting to say the least. Look for the show to air on BET on October 15; check out the nominations below!
