Miley might be pissed with her family but when it comes to protecting them she don’t take no mess. Miley Cyrus and mom Tish were enjoying a meal at California Chicken Cafe on Wednesday, with paparazzi stalking the outside of the dining establishment as usual. When they left, the paparazzi tried to get up close — and one went one step too far.
It’s hard to see exactly how hard they hit, but it’s clear that one photographer bumped into Tish, sending Miley into a rage. She chased him into a corner and unloaded a ranting defense of her mom’s honor, as the paparazzo tried, without success, to defend himself.
“Are you serious? You just hit my mom with your camera! You just ran into my mom with your camera. Don’t you ever do that again. You just almost hurt my mom. Don’t you ever even think about it!”

The war between Charlie Sheen and his bosses are about to get even crazy. Sheen has now filed a multimillion dollar lawsuit against Chuck Lorre and Warner Brothers for breach of contract in Los Angeles Superior Court Thursday. The papers, filed by Sheen’s attorney Marty Singer, indicate he’s not only demanding payment for the scrapped Two and a Half Men episodes, but he’s also seeking damages on behalf of the show’s crew.
The lawsuit states that: “Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series Two and a Half Men in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the Series the scapegoat for Lorre’s own conduct.”
Sheen, is seeking more than $100 million for the lost salaries plus punitive damages, alleges he put up with years of Lorre “humiliating, harassing and disparaging” him, and was punished by Lorre for speaking out after Lorre allegedly refused to write scripts to complete the 2010-2011 season.Sheen has done countless interviews, and now has added a funny new video for FunnyorDie.com to the list. Here’s the video and the rest of the story.

As we all know, Last week the “How You Doing” lady, Wendy Williams had the honor and privilege to be the first “National Talk Show” to interview Aretha Franklin, since she took ill and recovering from high risk pancreatic cancer surgery. Oprah was very eager to administer her welcome back to her fans interview, she even had big shots Smokey Robinson, Stevie Wonder, and Berry Gordy the Founder of Motown scheduled to do a tribute for her. OPRAH WINFREY became “rip-roaring furious” that ARETHA FRANKLIN showed her NO respect by granting one of her fierce TV rivals a major interview over the desperate battle she’s waging with cancer, The ENQUIRER has learned.
Instead of choosing the undisputed Queen of Talk to describe her emergency surgery and courageous struggle, the Queen of Soul gave the first interview to WENDY WILLIAMS.
“Oprah is about as angry as can be,” said an insider. READ MORE
