WGN America’s hit show Underground may be in jeopardy of cancelation. Here’s why: Sinclair Broadcast Group is acquiring WGN parent-company, Tribune Media and a number of television stations. They are also acquiring WGN America. According to a report, after the higher performing series Outsiders was cancelled last month, there was speculation that WGN America may no longer run original scripted programming. Minaj was online promoting her #RegretInYourTears challenge when some fans hit her up asking for some financial assistance. Incredibly, she said yes.

L.A. Reid Departs Epic Records

Antonio Marquis “L.A.” Reid is reportedly leaving Epic Records. The 60-year-old music veteran was chairman of Epic and joined the Sony Music label in July 2011. While with the label, he was responsible for signing DJ Khaled, Travis Scott, Future and others. He is also responsible for bringing Mariah Carey back to Sony fold.

Jay Z Nets $200 Million Live Nation Deal

Jay Z has officially secured the bag, signing a new deal with Live Nation. Reportedly, the deal is 10 years and is said to be worth $200 million. Jay Z said in a statement, “Live Nation and I entered unchartered territory in 2008” and added, “For the next 10 years, we will continue redefining the live event landscape”.

The Atlanta rapper Future added a second Atlanta date to his “Nobody Safe Tour. ” 

The new show was added because of high demand of the rapper, which took place on May 9, a few days after Future, Young Thug, Kodak Black and Zoey Dollaz appear at Aarons Amphitheatre for the first Atlanta show as a part of the tour.

Tickets for the May 5 show were scarce, and of course it was a sold out show ! The rapper consistently proves that fans really love his unique art of rap and he definitely gives fans a great show, so you know are waiting for that fire !  

Future has had a busy year so far.  He continues to break multiple billboard chart records with the new HNDRXX Album ! Salute to Future on his continued success !The rapper released a self-titled album earlier this year before releasing another album, “Hndrxx,” one week later.
