Andre 3000 After years of buzz about playing Jimi Hendrix in a biopic movie, is finally about to begin shooting.
All is By My Side, is scheduled to begin shooting later this month in Ireland.
The Irish Film & Television Network (IFTN), the film, titled “All Is By My Side,” will document the guitar legend’s period in England from 1966 to 1967 as he created his iconic debut album.
The feature, written and directed by John Ridley, is currently in pre-production in Wicklow, with principal photography set to begin in three weeks in both Wicklow and Dublin. The shoot is expected to last six weeks. Read More »
Nicki Minaj returned to the Twittersphere. In the photo above Minaj arrives at London’s Heathrow International Airport to catch a departing flight wearing ‘Tron’ style leggings and boots. 
The hip-hop diva reactivated her Twitter account on Wednesday, and provided a little bit of good news for her fans.

Shortly after greeting all of her devoted followers, Nicki announced that the video for her single “Starships” will be debuting Thursday at 7:56 p.m. Eastern on MTV.

The rapper went on to write that she’ll be shooting the video for her song “Right By My Side” this week.
Nicki deleted her Twitter account earlier this month without any real explanation.
It was rumored that she had been upset with a fan site that had leaked tracks off her latest album, but Nicki has explained that her beef with the site didn’t cause her to leave Twitter.

The Official SPARKLE Movie Poster just hit the net yesterday the movie will hit theaters August 17. The upcoming musical drama was film directed by Salim Akil. Inspired by The Supremes, it is a remake of the 1976 film of the same name, which centered on three singing teenage sisters from Harlem who form a girl group in the late 1950s.
