NFL Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor is accused of raping a 16-year-old girl. The 51-year-old Taylor was arrested on third-degree rape charges in Rockland County, New York Thursday morning. Police say the ex-NFL star is accused of sexually assaulting the female victim at a Holiday Inn. Taylor allegedly paid the girl 300-dollars after she was brought to him by another man who has also been arrested. Taylor, 51, is considered to be one of the greatest linebackers in NFL history, and has been called the best defensive player of all time by members of the media, former players and coaches. He competed on the eighth season of ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars” last year.

Nas Asks Judge To Please Review Spousal, Child Support Payments

Nas is asking the judge in his divorce case to take another look at his income. Last month, Nas was ordered to pay his estranged wife Kelis more than 87-thousand dollars in back child and spousal support. He was also ordered to pay Kelis ten-thousand dollars a month in spousal support in order to remain current. According to TMZ.com, Nas’ legal team has filed new paperwork claiming that he makes “substantially less than” the 152-thousand-31 dollars a month the judge based his decision on. Nas’ attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, says he would like the judge to reexamine the damage that could be done to the rapper’s finances.
Nas and Kelis tied the knot in 2005. Kelis filed for divorce in April 2009, and gave birth to the couple’s first child — a son named Knight — last July.

Nick Cannon made sure his wife Mariah Carey got plenty of “ice” for their second wedding anniversary. Missjia.com and TheYBF.com are reporting that the “America’s Got Talent” host gave his bride a “Ring Pop” that was custom made by the jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills. The candy ring pop replica is coated in white diamonds and pink sapphires. It is engraved with the words, “Nick + Mariah April 30, 2008.” Jason of Beverly Hills CEO Jason Arasheben says, quote, “It also comes in a box complete with a spinner so that you can see it sparkle under the lights inside.”

It’s a ring that comes with heavy symbolism because Cannon first proposed to his wife with a diamond ring that was hidden within a ring pop candy wrapper. One of Carey’s songs off of her “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel,” album is called “Candy Bling,” where the singer explores her love of old-fashioned candy rings.
