Katie referenced as the “Queen Of Drill” is gladly adjusting her crown this new year with a brand new single called
“Work It Girl” released in May 2018 on all major platforms. On top of that you can expect a heavy hitting Ep entitled “Sista B*tch” set to debut June 26, 2018 with her fresh new sound showcasing a different side of the “Drill Queen”. You might say that she’s just getting started but Katie is not new to the game and trust it wasn’t always easy.
D’Angelo Russell burst on the scene all the way back in his High School days at Montverde Academy in Montverde, Florida in his sophomore season in 2014 where he helped Montverde win back-to-back High School National Tournament championships. Later that year D’Angelo played in the McDonald’s All-American game and the Jordan Brand Classic as a commit to Ohio State as Rivals.com rated him as a five-star recruit.
After only playing at Ohio State for 1 year D’Angelo declared for the NBA draft and became the 2015 Round 1 #2 Draft Pick to the Los Angeles Lakers and played 1 year and was traded to the Brooklyn Nets.
While the whole world was watching to see what D’Angelo Russell was going to do as he takes on his new home as a Brooklyn Nets player family ties don’t fall far from his tree dreams of becoming a professional basketball player and playing in the NBA.
Houston Artist “Marquo” has been looking at the situation surrounding his current city of residence and what an appropriate time to release a single about something that’s on the minds of everyone dealing with Hurricane Harvey and the losses that affected them. PAIN was the common element. Sure things can be replaced but nothing ever tops the Pain that people will feel daily as they reflect upon this trial some time.
Or was Marquo just talking about the everyday emotions and “PAIN” from a breakup? Well, you will have to check out his new single from his upcoming album and find out what this 20something year old knows about pain. The Prarie A&M graduate and former student athlete has probably been through one or two school love breakups and he wants to school you on how that “PAIN” made him feel. I’m sure there are a few hundred thousand of you out there that read this blog who can totally relate. When was your most recent breakup? Can you describe the “PAIN” in our comments? Michelle Obama has made her own name for herself. She is the first First Lady to let it be known that she is her own person with her own thoughts and actions. She makes it known that her and President Barack Obama work together as a team and always will to make decisions in the best interest of the American people.
Last night at the Democratic Convention, Michelle gave us what seems very close to the last piece of her useful knowledge in the position that she is in.
She made another speech that touched lives and made people reevaluate their reasons for living in a positive way. She kept it very honest and straightforward which is another reason why I love her and still related to many people.
Although people may not like her or the fact that she is a strong black woman who holds her own and is not walked all over by her husband, she continues to thrive.
The reason so many young girls will have hope today for wanting more in life is because of the necessary example that she has set.
Thank you Michelle for never letting us down but always lifting us up with your words, but most importantly your actions!
Fantasia performed her new song “I Made It” off of her new album “The Definition Of…” on Good Morning America this morning! It seems like Fantasia has been hidden for such a long time and then just popped out suddenly with new music! Her new album drops this Friday, July 29th! I don’t know about you all but I am interested to hear how her new album will turn out and I am saving that date!
I heard that some of the songs are gospel as well as her original R&B. Now, that is a new one and I hope the public responds with just the same amount of enthusiasm as they would if gospel was not incorporated on her album.
I am so glad that Fantasia took this time to work on herself and perfect her craft. As I always say, it is very essential that all artist take a timeout. With a world so revolved on how many likes you get or retweets the creativity and authenticity seems to be lost.
I do not know if many will like the gospel aspect of Fantasia’s new album but I am hoping that they do. I mean with all this turmoil in the world we need GOD now more than ever.
People better Wake Up!
