Things should be ripening in our lives…and going good for us! Producing while we are fertile, which is our “springtime”…prepares us for our “summer” season. Which is when we can expect to relax and truly unwind, while preparing for our “autumn” years of life. Having a productive “springtime” allows for a fruitful “summer”…where we can then look forward to a future of fulfillment and security. Make no mistake about it, real productivity results in bounty. If we are not seeing an increase in our daily lives, it may be a sign that we are not being productive! Do a self-inventory… READ MORE

Lupita Nyong’o will take her project “Eclipsed” all the way to Broadway, with the play — written by Danai Gurira, the playwright who is also a star of “The Walking Dead” — lining up a spring opening in a season that is already unusually crowded with diverse fare.
“Eclipsed,” making the move to Broadway following the glowing reviews it received after its Oct. 14 opening at Off Broadway’s Public Theater, will also mark the latest commercial transfer for the Public, which has become an increasingly frequent launching pad for attention-grabbing work. In recent years, Tony champ “Fun Home” and buzzmagnet “Hamilton” have bowed at the downtown theater prior to moving uptown.
Before winning the Academy Award for her role in “Twelve Years a Slave,” Nyong’o was an understudy in a 2009 production of “Eclipsed” at the Yale Repertory Theater, and has said she’s wanted to return to the play ever since.
“Eclipsed,” which finishes up its extended run at the Public Nov. 29, will begin previews at Broadway’s Golden Theater Feb. 23 ahead of a March 6 opening. Nyong’o’s next film, “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” will hit theaters Dec. 18.

An NYPD housing officer was killed Tuesday night, shot in the head by a trigger-happy perp during a chase and gunfight on a pedestrian overpass above the FDR Drive in East Harlem, police said.
Officer Randolph Holder, 33, was shot in the forehead by the callous gunman, who had stolen a bike and was being pursued by cops along the promenade hugging the East River around 8:30 p.m., Police Commissioner Bill Bratton said. The brave officer died at 10:22 p.m. at Harlem Hospital.
A suspect, shot in the legs, was arrested.
Holder, who emigrated from Guyana, was a third-generation police officer, following in his father and grandfather’s footsteps in the line of duty, Bratton said during a somber press conference at the hospital.
The unmarried immigrant joined the NYPD in July 2010 and worked in Police Service Area 5, wearing Shield No. 13340 as he patrolled the public housing projects of East Harlem.
“I think all of us will tell you this is the hardest thing that we do,” Bratton said. “That we mourn one of our own. I’ve been doing this for 45 years. It doesn’t get easier. It never gets easier and it should never get easier.”
This was the 5th time in 11 months, that an officer was murdered in NY. 0n December 20th, 2014, 2 officers were killed as they sat in their patrol car in Bedford- Stuyvesant .
Co-Host of “The View”, Raven-Symone and her girlfriend AzMarie Livingston, have reportedly broken up after 3 years. According to U.S. weekly, they have broken up, but don’t know the EXACT reason! She has been known to put her foot in her mouth, as over the past couple of years, she states that she doesn’t identify as “blac”, and won’t hire anyone name “Watermelondrea”. Maybe THATS the reason they broke up.. hmm.. Only time will tell!
Lamar Odom left a Las Vegas hospital and is now in the Los Angeles area to continue his recovery a week after being found unconscious at a Nevada brothel, a family representative said Tuesday.
The former NBA star was transported by helicopter from Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas around 5 p.m. Monday, according to a statement from Alvina Alston, publicist for Odom’s aunt JaNean Mercer. She did not say where he has been taken in Los Angeles.
The family statement thanked the hospital and Odom’s fans and said his estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian, his father and his two children from a previous relationship are with him.
“He continues to make miraculous progress, taking a few steps in Los Angeles,” the statement said.
News of his release comes a day after a family statement said Odom’s condition was improving. It said he was overcoming “insurmountable obstacles” and defying the odds.
Odom was found in extremely critical condition at the Love Ranch brothel in the rural community of Crystal, Nevada, on Oct. 13 and was hospitalized in Las Vegas. He regained consciousness and communicated for the first time Friday.
