Cell phones are no longer allowed at the trial of the man accused of killing three members of Jennifer Hudson’s family. A judge announced cell phones would be banned inside the court room starting today. The ban was put in place because two phones went off in court earlier this week. William Balfour is accused of killing the Oscar winner’s mother, brother and nephew in October 2008.
