The big homie Chris Brown is firing back at a man who sued him earlier this year for an alleged scuffle at a Los Angeles gym. According to court documents obtained by TMZ.com, Chris is counter-suing Malcolm Ausbon, accusing him of trying to extort 250-thousand-dollars. Before Ausbon went after Brown for allegedly attacking him during a pick up basketball game, Ausbon’s legal team reportedly sent a letter demanding the six-figure payout. The compensation was to cover Ausbon’s “physical and emotional injuries” and would ensure that he didn’t press criminal charges or move forward with his lawsuit. Ausbon filed his lawsuit after Brown refused to pay.
Ausbon claimed that Brown assaulted him over a foul call during a basketball game. In his lawsuit he also said that Brown boasted about being a member of the Bloods street gang. The singer’s camp later made it clear that he’s not affiliated with any gang.
