R&B songstress my girl CiCi AKA Ciara is stepping back into the game with her fourth studio album, Basic Instinct. Ciara came out to DTLR to show love to all her ATL fans as she promoted her new CD Basic Instinct in stores now. Ciara told me this time around, it’s all about the fans.
