After being arrested for the 10th time (see here), Rapper DMX has decided to do something about it…He’s going to sue!
According to TMZ, DMX, who allegedly was going 102 mph in a 65 mph zone, say there is no way he was driving that fast. “I was going 85 miles per hour…I know for a fact I didn’t go more than 90,” DMX then adds, I’m used to driving fast, I’m a New Yorker…but I constantly look at the speedometer when I’m driving…I need to make sure I don’t drive too fast.”
Even if the X was going 90 mph, he was still speeding, but doesn’t think it was necessary to go to jail for it. He says, “I plan on suing…and I plan on suing for harrasment. I’m in discussons with multiple lawyers who are not afraid to go against the system in helping me clear my name because I have been harassed.”
Hmmmm, what do you think? Was he really going 90 and the police made up that 102 mph or did he deserve to be thrown in the slammer?
