Drake doesn’t want to be blamed anymore for the nighclub brawl that took place in NYC. The club NEXT DOOR, Greenhouse, is claiming Drake to be added for the bad press that is directed at the nightclub. TMZ reports new legal documents have been filed and Drake is being sued by Entertainment Enterprises for $16 million. They claim the reputation of the club took a huge dive after the fight at W.I.P. Nightclub back in June 2012. Chris Brown was also involved in the issue.

EE does NOT even own W.i.P!!! They are just claiming they took a large financial loss because their club, Greenhouse, located next door took a loss of ‘millions’ due to bad press.

Drake says he can not be held responsible for how the media portrayed either club in the news. He says that Greenhouse’s reputation was bad wayyyy before he even came out to the club. He says the NY Times has described the club as having “a history of violence and other problems.” Also apparently the club almost shut down back in 2011 by NYPD and it has had its liquor license previously suspended due to “a string of violent incidents.”

Clearly Drake is asking for the case to be dismissed because of the foolery.
