Drake and Lil Wayne are giving fans a hands-on experience during their “Drake vs. Lil Wayne” tour by creating a cool smart phone app.

According to “Billboard,” Drake and Lil Wayne have teamed with tour sponsor and video game maker Capcom to launch a new “Street Fighter” style smartphone app that will allow fans to interact during their shows.  With the “DvsLW” app fans can select their city and then select which rapper they want to “Power Up.”  Choosing either “Drizzy” or “Weezy” will affect the artists’ performances.  In a statement, Drake and Wayne says they’re “thrilled” that fans will be able to connect with them in real time during their shows.

Drake shared his excitement on Instagram and invited his fans to “Power Up”.

The “Drake vs Lil Wayne” tour kicks off Friday in Darien Center, New York.  The 31-city tour will also take the pair to Cincinnati, Charlotte, Atlanta, Austin, and Los Angeles and Phoenix.  It will wrap up on September 27th in Woodlands, Texas.
