The saga CONTINUES… Reality star of Basketball Wives, Evelyn Lozada, wants to be able to communicate with Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson.

As reported by TMZ, Evelyn is asking to be able to communicate with Johnson. He allegedly head-butted her during an argument which lead to a no-contact order, many court cases and a divorce. Chad has been on track with his batterer’s intervention program. After a few months he will request from the judge to terminate his probation and lift the no-contact order.

If there is a lift of the no-contact order Evelyn would have to get a civil restraining order to keep Chad away. She has decided not to do that and just wants to ‘move on.’  After the August 11th domestic fight with Evelyn Johnson was sentenced to 1 year probation and batterer’s class. He plead ‘no contest.’ If he continues on the right path and good behavior the judge could lift his probation early.
