NewsPEopleNeed reports the lyrics to LMFAO’s “sexy” hit has landed a Colorado first grader in hot water. D’Avonte Meadows was recently suspended from school for three days for reciting the title of the duo’s former chart topping hit “Sexy and I Know It” to a female classmate. Check out the video below:

Meadows, a special needs student, was accused of sexual harassment. Denver TV station KMGH-TV says D’Avonte also got into trouble last month for quoting the same song lyric to the same classmate. The school said it could not comment on D’Avonte’s suspension. His mother, Stephanie Meadows, thinks the punishment went too far. My 8 yr old son sings the same song and there isn’t anything wrong with it. If anyone should get the static for that solng right now is the dang M & M commercial. I find myself singing the dang song after the commercial comes on the TV.
It’s NOT a song an eight year old should be singing, but kids will damn near repeat anything they hear, or see, we can’t filter everything.j
