TMZ reports that in Mono County, CA on New Year’s Eve, Ocean was pulled over for going about 90 in a 60 MPH zone. The police also smelled marijuana from the BMW. His car was searched a a small bag of the illegal drug was found. He tweeted this photo from the police car….

Ocean was cited for marijuana possession, driving on a suspended license and tinted windows. He was not arrested and released on the spot as the passenger drove home from the scene.
